QUALITY CONTROL:

The ROYCE QC department oversees the planning and management of product quality, implements final product inspection standards, and analyzes all types of quality recorded data.

Enhance product quality anomalies, manage consumer concerns, and implement improvement solutions. Unqualified raw materials are not used in manufacturing, unqualified semi-finished goods are not distributed, and unqualified goods are not sent from the factory, according to the ROYCE guiding principle.

To effectively manage the quality, ROYCE tests every component throughout manufacture.

R&D DEPARTMENT:

The R&D department is at the center of ROYCE. With more than 30 R&D employees, 33 fully automatic SMT lines, more than 10 sets of automatic insertion equipment, ICT PCB testing tools, an automatic testing environment, and an aging workshop for all products, ROYCE will always make an effort to deliver high-quality products.
